1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of grocery items, not all products are eligible for return. However, we gladly accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
- You received damaged or expired items
- You received the wrong product
- The product is spoiled or not as described
- Non-perishable items (e.g., household items) may be eligible for return within 3 days of delivery
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- Fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, and other perishable items unless damaged upon delivery
- Products that have been opened, used, or not in their original packaging
- Items returned after 3 days from delivery
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To process a return or refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and a photo of the item(s) in question
- Our team will review the issue and arrange a return pickup or refund as necessary
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
